A note to our homeowners.

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic and following the recent relaxation of lockdown in the UK, Independent Network is currently operating with a significantly reduced workforce.

We are working hard to resume our normal level of service, but ask that you bear with us at this time as we look to respond to all inquiries as soon as we can.

At Independent Network, we pride ourselves on the high quality and expert craftsmanship of our installer members and as part of our unbroken chain of quality, we offer an Insurance Backed Guarantee (IBG) to give homeowners peace of mind if anything were to go wrong.  

With a number of our Independent Network installers recently reopening and working with FENSA, one of our competent persons scheme partners and part of the Glass and Glazing Federation, we'd like to share the GGF's Safe Guide for Homeowners to keep both you and our installers safe during these unprecedented times.
