Your installer will register you installation with their Competent Person Scheme ‘CPS’ following completion of the work. You should receive a Building Regulations Certificate within 30 days of completion of your installation. You will be required to show your certificate when you come to sell your home as part of the legal pack required by your purchasers solicitors.
