What happens if I don’t like my windows once they’ve been installed?

We are confident that you will love your new windows, and our local installers will have shown you samples of the product during the process of helping you choose the right look for your home.  VEKA frames are manufactured to the highest standards and will retain their look for many years thanks to the quality of the products that we use.

There are several steps between your initial conversation with your installer and the contract being signed for the windows or doors that you want for your home, and prior to the contract being agreed you will be able to make changes to the design and finish that you want, and your installer will provide you with a revised quote.

Once the contract has been signed, there are still some small changes that can be made to ensure that you are fully satisfied BUT once the survey has been done and signed for there is usually no going back on it if there are any changes after that point. 

If, after installation, you are unhappy with the results due to quality issues or any other problems, you should contact our customer services team who will do what they can to help you.
